Game notes: The Wings come into the game following a win Thursday over the Tampa Bay Lightning, 6-4. … The first-place Hurricanes have not lost since Feb. 25, winning their final game in February and all six of their games in March entering Sunday. They beat the Red Wings, 5-2, on March 4.
